Poor Julia being weaned from Lenka
It’s been another day of bouncing to Lenka’s “The Show” to bring peace and harmony to the soul of my granddaughter.
While they have become believers, Erica is not going to spoil Julia into thinking that shell be able to rock out to “The Show” every night. After all, Nana’s going home in a few days.
However, if tonight is an indication of how its going to be without bouncing to “The Show”, I may have to hold myself hostage for Julia and allow her infantile demands of rockin’ and boppin’ to the beat of Lenka’s The Show until she falls asleep. At which time the parents can be fire breathing dragons and swaddle their insane newborn and hope that they get her the help that she needs to sleep once Nana’s out of the picture.
While I’d love to hang out here and play the role of nana until the end of time, but I have an internet wave that I’ve been surfin for a few months that’s totally radical and I’m hangin’ 10 and in position for point break and getting tubular.
Maybe it makes sense or it doesn’t, I’m gaining speed with my current domain portfolio and I have to get back to putting some time into it – I’ve all but lost my …uh, I can’t think, what is it called – uh concentration, which does not come easy to me.
